Carne Picada Burritos

Ingredients

2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 whole yellow onion peeled and sliced
1 lb beef flank steak
2 whole fresh jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
2 whole tomatoes, diced
1 whole Garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
6 whole flour tortillas

Preparation

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft, about 15 minutes.

Trim beef of any fat and cut into 1/2" dice. Add beef and jalapeños to onions, increase heat to high, and brown meat for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, garlic, and H&H spice salt, adding more if needed.

To serve, wrap in warm flour tortillas.
